    Pros
    Generally runs trouble free.
    Spam filter good
    Blocks malicious websites well
    Cons
    Changing settings difficult to understand/do
    Interface not very clear
    Automatic renewal price 3 times higher than you can get it online!! I got Norton to match price or I walked.
    Summary
    Good all round performer for everyday use. If you are a dedicated surfer on download sites or a techie, it is a bit clunky and old skool. It should be better with all the experience they have and the finance available. No excuses for overcharging.
